"The Flasher" – the capture of a Steyr Kommandeur wagon, Europe 1944. The vehicle has been ambushed, and the occupants have moved the wounded driver to safety. They realize they have left something in the vehicle, though, and upon returning they encounter more opposition. When viewed from the front, it looks like the GI is being "flashed", hence the name of this work
