This kit is a re-release of Italeri's 1/35 scale M1A1 (No 6438) without the resin parts.

There are approximately 312 tan coloured parts, a sheet of clear plastic and a piece of netting for the rear stowage basket.

I really like the fact that the non-skid surface is already done for you and the link and length T-158 tracks make assembly a breeze.

The decal sheet has markings for three vehicles, one in three colour NATO cam for a German based M1A1 in 1990 or two overall sand vehicles from Kuwait 1991 with additional DS markings. You will need to add your own CIP panels as there are none included in the box.

In closing, this is a great kit from Italeri, simple to build, (I built this in one night) and as with most Italeri kits it offers good value for money.

I just need time to paint it, so you should see it complete here soon...
