MG 34P Tank Mount
1:35 scale
Item No. 23-35284

GasPatch Models has released a 1:35 scale MG 34P machine set with a turret mount for tanks.

Two complete machine guns are included. Each machine gun is broken down into nine 3d printed pieces including optional shell casing bags for straight or angled mount. An ammunition belt is supplied for each gun too.

The resin piece are encased in foam, cut to size for each printed mount. A small 12-page instruction booklet is also supplied inside the plastic casing.

The 3d printed parts are attached to their printing bases with many very short, fine strips. Care will be required when removing these, but they won’t present a challenge to the moderately experienced modeller.

Printing quality is perfect with no hint of striations or other blemishes at all.

This is a fabulous accessory for WWII German tank modellers.

Highly Recommended

Next on GasPatch Models’ radar is a series of Jerry Cans. The first set under review is a set of US 1943 Samco Water Jerry Cans.

Twelve jerry cans are included in the set. They are 3d printed resin, grey in colour, and they are one-piece each.

Six of the cans are printed with the hinged caps open and the other six have the caps closed.

Each of the 3d printed parts is attached to an individual bases with many short, fine strips. These will be easy enough to remove.

Printing quality is perfect with no hint of striations or other blemishes at all.

GasPatch Models’ jerry cans will be handy and versatile accessories for military vehicles or dioramas.

German Fuel Jerry Cans 1942 ABP & SCHWELM
1:35 scale
Item No. 23-35289

The next set is 12 3d printed German Fuel Jerry Cans 1942.

The comments on the Samco jerry cans reviewed above apply to this one too

The German pattern includes accurate representation of the fine pressed metal lettering on the sides of the jerry cans.

Once again, six of the cans are printed with the hinged caps open and the other six have the caps closed.

Another great accessory for your 1:35 scale tank rear deck!

Highly Recommended.

The final Jerry Can set for review this time is a dozen British-style cans.

Once again, detail is excellent and printing quality is perfect with six caps open and six closed.

GasPatch Models
German Oxygen Generator (A & H) WWI 1918 (Small)
1:35 scale
Item No. 23-32318

GasPatch Models has released a series of WWI German Oxygen Generators from the year 1918. These are intended for 1:32 scale WWI German single seat and multi-seat models, but may also be suitable for military vignettes and dioramas as standalone or ensemble pieces of equipment.

These are offered in Small, Medium and Large sizes. It would appear that the different sizes relate only to the size of the regulator dial.

A single generator is supplied inside a stout plastic cover comprising seven grey coloured 3d printed parts, one dial decal and a small 8-page instruction booklet included.

The oxygen drum is made up from three parts including a seamless body. The top part has a folded handle and an instrument housing.

Two small decals are supplied as the oxygen indicator but you’ll only be using one.

The one-piece regulator is alive with detail. The mesh exterior is particularly impressive.

The set is rounded out with a straight length of hose. I would suggest that you heat this with hot water or a hair dryer before attempting to bend the resin hose into place.

The 3d printed parts are attached to their printing bases with many very short, fine strips. Care will be required when removing these, but they won’t present a challenge to the moderately experienced modeller.

Printing quality is perfect with no hint of striations or other blemishes at all.

This is a lovely piece of exquisitely detailed WWI aviation equipment.
