March 24, 2002 After almost 1000 votes in 4 days, we'd like to thank everyone who participated in our computer monitor survey.  After tabulating the responses, we now know that 72% of ML visitors use a 17" or larger monitor.  Therefore, we will be optimising the site for a resolution of 1024 x 768.  One thing this will mean is larger gallery images for most gallery submissions starting from this point on...which means more detail for you to see.  The front page has been optimised for 1024 x 768 and now features 2 extra preview panes.

March 10, 2002 With the sheer number of daily questions concerning Iwata airbrushes on the various ML discussion groups, a review was overdue in order to clarify some of the Iwata model designations and examine the performance capabilities of some of their more popular models in AFV modelling applications:  Iwata Airbrushes & Smart Jet Compressor.  These are high performance pieces of machinery which every serious modeller should consider adding to their arsenal.  Each airbrush was reviewed by myself and at least one other modeller in order to get opinions from modellers with different airbrush experience levels.  If you're dissatisfied with your current airbrush's performance, this review should prove to be helpful in deciding which Iwata model might be right for you.
