DML's great Elefant and Ferdie kits were one of the best surprises of 2001 and now the Ferdinand gets the Eduard treatment with this new set. The set consists of one large and one small photo etch sheets and a set of vinyl express masks. Main detail parts include rear intake mesh, rear light mount, front fenders, spare track mounts, RHS tool bin, hatch details and tool fittings. My favorite part of this set however are the express masks. They include periscope masks, balkenkreuz and 3 different sets of sPzjager Abt 653 rear superstructure markings. This is really great as it negates the need for using kit decals and can be used for the DML Elefant kit also. Eduard Website |
